Alex L. Orlansky

Alex Orlansky is a Partner specializing in a wide variety of real estate transactions ranging from raw land to mixed use developments. Alex represents developers, lenders, homebuilders, property owners and investors across Georgia in all facets of a real estate transaction, including entity formation, organizational structuring, financing, acquisition, disposition and development of properties. Prior to joining ALG, Alex was a real estate associate at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP.
