Robin Wooldridge’s practice focuses on representing developers and lenders in complex real estate transactions. Ms. Wooldridge represents builders, community banks and mezzanine lenders, and has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of multiuse communities along with other commercial, construction and retail properties.
Ms. Wooldridge was the managing partner of the perimeter office of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC from 1998 to 2005, where she coordinated the commercial real estate and residential practice groups within the perimeter office. Additionally, Ms. Wooldridge has participated in and spoken at multiple seminars for the Real Estate Section for Georgia lawyers. She took a break from the professional world in 2005 before starting with The Abram Law Group, LLC in 2006.
